The CES Waiver provides support for beneficiaries with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD) with all major life activities. Arkansans of all ages are eligible to apply.

DHS CES Waiver Fact Sheet

1. Be diagnosed with a developmental disability.
2. Meet the institutional level of care criteria provided by an Intermediate Care Facility.
3. Meet established financial, psychological, and functional criteria.
